Hi,

I think your VOIP server/gateway is an old device. Why you select that?

Its SDP format is invalid. We can try to refine it but we don't know whether it will set or transfer others invalid SDP format.

Hi Godspeed,

Please download a patch from http://www.myvoipapp.com/download/patch ... m9_u20.exe and have a try.

In another way, for the trace log problem, we have tested it in lab and it is ok in our environment. I am not sure what happened in your system. In this scenario, I would like suggest you to use wireshark. It could be perfect.

thanks a lot for your help,
but after I installed mss_v2m9_u20 to overwrite mss_v2m9_u1000, nothing changed. do I need to uninstall the old version(mss_v2m9_u1000) first then install mss_v2m9_u20?
and actually, the VoIP server is a new one, which GAed last year from 3rd party vendor.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have download the latest 2.9 from patch directory, not from "download" page.

And please uninstall your previous version or install the latest version in another directory.

If there are still problems, please trace the log and we can have a check.
